Sanlúcar Wine - Chamomile Aurora

If we had to choose the most typically Spanish chamomile wine, it would be the Manzanilla Aurora from Sanlúcar. A wine that has become a worthy member of the Earl of Aldama's last medium dry Sherry factory, in the Yuste wineries. Its origins date back to 1910. This fantastic wine is naturally aged, to get the maximum flavour and undertones of chamomile, for 8 years in century old American oak barrels. 

This incredible wine made from palomino (white grape variety) grapes is an authentic delicacy produced in Spain.
