We want to make the fine print as clear and as easy as possible. At any point, if you have any queries or questions about any of the conditions, please don't hesitate to contact us via email. We would appreciate it if you read the following text before making your order. 

This document presents the conditions that regulate the website usage and the contract that binds both parties; the user with the company. These conditions establish the rights and responsibilities of the users and of Real Fabrica in relation to the products and services that are offered through this website (realfabrica.com). By using this website or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, by the shipping policy and by our privacy policy, if you do not agree with all of these policies, please do not place an order. 

these conditions could change, therefore, we recommend that you read the policy before making each order. 

By making an order through our website, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age, and therefore have the legal capacity to ender into this agreement. 

These current conditions are the only applicable conditions for the use of this website and they replace any others, apart from those that have been expressed and written previously by Real Fábrica. These conditions are important for both you and us, since they have been made to create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as  a business. 

Due the open nature of this website and the possibility that there may be some errors in the storage and transmission of digital information. We do not guarantee the accuracy and security of the information obtained and transmitted through this website, unless it has been specifically expressed. 

You declare that, by placing an order, you have read and accepted the current conditions. 

Availability of products 

Every order is subject to product availability, and therefore if there are any difficulties regarding the supply of the products, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substituting your products of equal or higher value that you can order. If you don't want to place an order with these product substitutions, we will refund any amount that you have paid. 

The products that we sell, especially handmade products can often show some characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in the grain, texture, knots and colour will not be considered as defects or flaws. However, these variations should be counted on and appreciated. We individually hand-select the highest quality products, but the natural characteristics are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product. 

Pricing and payment

The prices on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. These costs will be added at checkout. 

The price for each product will be the one that is stated at all times on our website, except in the case of a manifest error.

Pricing errors

Although we try to ensure that all of the prices listed on our website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully refunded for the amount that you have paid.

We will not be obliged to send you the product(s) at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the shipment confirmation) if the price is obviously and clearly incorrect and could have been recognised to be incorrect, prior to placing the order. 

Product packs

A pack of products (or gourmet packs) is a suggested grouping of products. In your purchase basket and everything following (payment process and emails): 

1. the pack will appear as free (since it doesn't contain any products, it's merely a selection) 

2. the products included will be listed as the individual product prices.


1. The client knows what pack they selected.

2. The client can add or remove any product they wish, in order to be able to personalise their pack. If the client deselects any product (or it appears as out of stock) they will not be charged and the product will not be sent.

3. The client will know what products they will receive and what products they will be charged for. 

4. Likewise, each product has its own VAT rate, 21%, 4% or another, and therefore need to be charged independently. 

Payment process

Once you have chosen your products, all items will have been added to your basket, and the next step will be to comp let the order and proceed to payment. To do this:

1. Click on the "Basket" button, at the top of the web page.

2. Click on "Complete Order".

3. fill in or check your details on the order, your delivery address and billing address for the invoice. 

4. Enter your card details.

5. Complete the transaction.


By default, we present the prices with VAT included.

Any purchase made in the European Union VAT zone is subject to IVA, unless it is a business outside of Spain with a validated VAT number (NIF) for intra community transactions. 

For deliveries outside the European Union and its VAT zone, VAT is excluded and taxes charged upon arrival of the package are to be covered by the customer. 

Formalisation of the contract

This information and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer of sale, but simply an invitation to do business. There will not be any kind of contract between us in relation to any product until your order has been specifically accepted by us (even if your account has already been charged). If your offer isn't accepted and you have already been charged, you will be refunded in full. 

To place an order, you will need to follow the online shopping process and "authorise the payment". After this, you will receive an email telling you that we have received your order (the 'Confirmation of Order'). Please keep in mind that this doesn't mean that your order has been accepted, since it constitutes an offer you made us to buy our product(s). 

All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance with you, by sending an email, in which we will confirm that your order is being sent (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between us (the "Contract") will only be formalised once we send you the shipping confirmation. Only the products that are listed in the shipping confirmation will be subject to the contract. We will not be obliged to provide you with any other product that could have been included in the order until we confirm the shipment of them in a separate Shipping Confirmation.
