Refund policy
Real Fábrica will happily refund goods received back to us within 30 days of order date. all items must be returned unworn and unwashed and customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 calendar days from receiving the order. The products must be returned to our office in Madrid at your own expense (in the way you deem best), in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Request the Return: Send an email before the 14-day period expires if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the address where you should send the product(s). You will have 10 days to send it.
- Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning the product due to withdrawal will be covered by the buyer. Our headquarters are in Spain, so we need to receive the product at our office in Madrid.
- Refund: The refund for the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise is verified, through the same payment method used in the purchase. We will notify you via email once we receive the product and process the refund.
- Product Condition: Ensure that the product is properly protected during transport to avoid damage. Use the original packaging or similar packaging.
If you wish to request a different size, model, or color, you will need to make a new purchase through our online store.
Defects
If the product has a defect or was damaged during transport:
- Note the Issue: Record the problem on the delivery receipt from the carrier when you receive the package.
- Report the Incident: Send us an email on the same day you receive the merchandise. It is essential that you inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send a Photo: Attach a photo in the email where the defect of the product can be clearly seen.
- Return the Product: After receiving the photo, we will provide you with the address to send the defective product. Shipping costs for returning the defective product will be covered by Real Fábrica.
- Product Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost to you, as long as you inform us within the established period.
