Track your order

As soon as we have prepared your order and give it to the courier, you will receive an email to notify you (be careful that sometimes they end up in the spam box of your email). This email also has the tracking number for your order, but you can ask us for it at any time via email.

With the tracking number, you can check it on the courier website of your order:

And check the status of the package.

Sometimes the software of our courier companies does not recognize the package number until it passes through the logistics warehouse. It is likely that you will receive our email as soon as the package is picked up, so it may still be on the collection truck. Wait a few hours, it will probably appear in a little while.
