If we had to choose the most typically Spanish sweet medium dry sherry wine, it would be the Amontillado (medium dry sherry) Dulce Aurora from Sanlúcar. A wine that has become a worthy member of the Earl of Aldama's last medium dry Sherry factory, in the Yuste wineries. Its origins date back to 1910.
This wine is dry with a very light sweetness to it. It is smooth on the palate, rounded and unctuous.
