This book is a tribute to the Spanish dolls of the 70s and 80s, such as Nancy de Famosa, Baby Mocosete, Luchy Mamá, Hogarín or the Señorita Pepis toys. Those who were children in the 70s did not have Gameboys or video games or computers or cell phones, nor did they need them: they grew up surrounded by high-quality toys that made them happy. This book does not pretend to be, throughout its 240 pages, an exhaustive study of the Spanish doll of the 70s and 80s, but rather a loving memory of some of those dolls that populated the childhood of many. Classics such as Barriguitas, Pin y Pon, Nenuco, Lesly... parade through its pages, but it also does not forget all those dolls of unknown brands, of better or worse quality, from fairs and raffles, which made many children happy, nor the cut-out dolls, the die-cut stories or the snack cards.
