Cake-type cheese made with raw churra sheep milk and curdled at a temperature between 25º and 30º. The result? A cheese with a clean, balanced, intense flavor and aroma of cereals. It is considered one of the 58 best cheeses in the world after receiving the 'SuperGold' award from the World Cheese Awards 2013. Do you want to try it?
Cut and remove the top part of the cheese, as if it were a lid, and stir the creamy cheese, mixing the central part with the sides. Spread it on the bread and eat.
If you want to try something different, try gratin it and give another flavor to any of your dishes.
