Master Artisan Rafael Galván Gómez, initiator of the saga of master pastry chefs, is making the quality of his preparations famous, transmitting this wisdom in his old recipe book. His successors up to the current great-great-grandchildren have remained faithful to the essentials of their artisan recipes.

Exquisite milk chocolate cake, almonds, walnuts, raisins, hazelnuts and crunchy caramel laminate.
