They have a thousand and one uses in the kitchen: in salads, rice dishes, vegetables, pizzas, pastas, and even with meats and fish. But these also have a delicious spicy touch that will take your dishes to another level. They are meaty, tasty, aromatic and tender.
They are made with sun-dried San Marzano tomatoes packed with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic mountain species (rosemary, oregano, garlic and cayenne), and left to mature for a minimum of 8 weeks. Its only preservative is extra virgin olive oil, with aromas of almond and green fruit, and a slight bitter and spicy touch.
