The Mateo family named this wine seeking to pay tribute to Uncle Martín, who has always maintained the art of good drinking. It is not a simple wine, because it is full of complex aromas, such as black fruit compote, lavender, thyme or cocoa... A powerful and dry wine, perfect for lovers of classic Rioja, which never disappoints.
It is made with cold pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 15 ºC for 3 days. The aging is in 225 l barrels. new and second-use French and American oak, for 14 months.
