We suggest a way to do it that you will love, with the Lago Paganini/Balea preserves, some of the best preserves of Galician sardines in all of Pontevedra. Founded in 1915 by Pedro Montemerlo Botassi in Cangas de Morrazo (Pontevedra), they have been handcrafting these sardines for more than a century. They are the same ones that have filled so many snacks and that have made so many dinners enjoyable. They are finger-licking good!
