Cured Sheep Cheese

This artisan cheese is delicious, with an intense and somewhat fruity flavor. It is a Manchego Gran Reserva that is made with raw milk from Manchego sheep and left to mature for 12 months. Its brushed crust is treated with extra virgin olive oil.
