This dinner plate belongs to our collection of artisan pottery from Cáceres. It is the work of Jose, our master potter, who represents the fifth generation of artisans in his family, keeping alive a tradition that dates back centuries. He continues to use the artisanal techniques and motifs they employed: natural glazes and firing in wood-fired kilns, which give his creations an inimitable texture and color, impossible to achieve with industrial processes. His pieces are recognizable by the floral motifs typical of Cáceres pottery and the vibrant colors of their edges.
