In 1961, Ricardo Coloma García acquired the brand and machinery from 1780, owned by Eliseo Miquel, an artisan who sold turrón at fairs. With this limited machinery, Coloma García was founded, which began producing artisanal turrón and sweets for the Christmas season, as well as special liquid turrón for the ice cream industry, while always maintaining the traditions of Jijona.
