To harvest the Tempranillo grapes with which it is made, you have to wait until the last days of summer. They are picked by hand, in order to choose the best clusters from a vineyard with almost 30 years of history.

The fermentation and maturation process that follows, with 9 months in oak barrels, ensures a very fine flavor, with a high intensity and very creamy. Red fruits and the toasted touch of wood.
