This orange honey is light in color and has a scent reminiscent of orange blossom. It tastes sweet, but with a hint of acidity. And it comes with its own honeycomb! Use it on toast, as a topping for yogurt, fresh cheese, or to add natural sweetness to a cheese or charcuterie board.
It is made in Tarragona by a family of beekeepers who follow the tradition inherited from their grandfather, with more than 3,000 hives that they maintain in transhumance following the flowering. Pure history of Spanish beekeeping!
