Mussels are one of the most appreciated mollusks in the Galician Rías. This seafood is selected piece by piece and then fried in olive oil. They are covered in their renowned pickle, prepared with great care and over low heat. They are exquisite. Try them and you will never prepare an appetizer without pickled mussels again.
