The “hock” bone is used from the leg of the lamb to make it the oldest game in the world. Surely you remember playing with your grandmother one afternoon while having a snack. Many times you painted them to make them look like something more than just a bone.

The faces of the taba have a name that sometimes varies depending on the town:

Penca: convex face
Hole: concave face
Guito: smooth face
Meat: opposite side to the guito

The game begins by throwing the whistle (ball) into the air. A series of tabas are placed on the table. Before the whistle hits the ground, the maximum number of tabas possible must be picked up with the same hand. Ask your mother or grandmother to play, they will be happy to beat you.

RETURNS Real Fábrica will be happy to refund any products returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning them to our office in Madrid.
