Rattan Marrow Lined Vase

A conical vase lined with rattan cord in natural color. The fiber piece with wicker is made with an openwork base, scallom of 38 uprights, band of double crosses, peaked edge and braid finish. Inside it has a glass vase/glass to put water.

This piece represents the Galician tradition of basket makers, Galician artisans who make decorative and functional objects from the braiding of fibers. In this case, its fabric comes from the hands of a young basket craftswoman from Pontevedra. A jewel with which to fill your house with flowers.
