It is recommended not to heat liquids in the microwave and not to pour very hot or very cold water into the piece, as this may cause it to crack.

To care for your ceramic pieces, hand washing is recommended. If using a dishwasher, use quality detergents in the appropriate amount; otherwise, the pieces may lose their original shine.

Balearic Islands: 2-3 working days / €8.90 - 1 kg. For higher weights, the system on the website calculates the price / weight of the products.

RETURNS Real Fábrica will gladly refund any products returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to our office in Madrid.
