This cañí gin has a recipe with more than 12 botanicals. Those with the best flavor are macerated and those with the best aromas are infused in a high-quality distillation process without any filtering.
With fresh juniper, bitter orange peel, lemon, sweet potato, pumpkin seeds, rosemary and local thyme, violet and verbena. A mixture of traditional ingredients and others that pay tribute to the botanical experiment carried out in Mexico by the Spanish botanist Martín Sessé.
It has no ingredients that are not natural: no chemicals, no flavorings, no sugars. None of those things that sound like industrial production to us. And that's because this gin is made by hand in a microdistillery in Madrid, in small batches and with numbered bottles. You have to try it!
