Founded in 1840 as an artisan company, it was not until 1880 that the first packaging for Simón Coll's chocolate bars was created, which continues today with the same design. The name of this brand Simon Coll is the result of combining, on the one hand, the name Simón, in memory of the founder, and on the other, Coll, the surname of the last generations of the family. It has been decades since Simón Coll chocolates crossed borders, exporting to other countries, where they are as valued as in Spain for their quality, flavor and history.
