A la Pedra Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate (also called "a la piedra" in Spain inspired by the grinding of cocoa on a Pyrenean stone) Simon Coll, is the best hot chocolate bar for cold winter evenings in the mountains. Heat 3 servings of chocolate with 100 ml of milk for each cup desired.
Founded in 1840 as a family business, it was not until 1880 that the first chocolate bars wrappings were created, and they remain the same since that time. The brand name is Simon Coll, result of the union of the name of the founder Simón, and Coll the name of the last generations of the family.
