Donkey Gift Box

You can fill this box with all the memories you will find at Real Fábrica. Carefully choose its content and give it to that person you want to make happy. A box with a beautiful typical Spanish illustration of our Joselito donkey on the way to take your packages, in which you can put products from any category on the website to your liking, or rather to that of the recipient in question. We will take care of packaging it carefully and putting a note on hand so that everything arrives perfect and beautiful.

Mainland Spain: €5.90 (free for orders over €150*) / 1–3 working days *Fragile or bulky items are excluded from this rate (further information).

In-store collection in Madrid: free – Your order will be ready within 1 hour

Balearic Islands: 2–3 working days / €8.90 – 1 kg. For heavier items, the online system calculates the cost.

Courier services may experience delays over Christmas.

EUROPE (land delivery): 4–12 working days (depending on the country).

RETURNS Real Fábrica will be happy to refund any products returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning them to our office in Madrid.
