Made one by one by our artisan Jose, who is part of one of the families with the most pottery tradition in this country, his last name has been linked since the beginning of the 20th century to this craft that has been passed down from generation to generation to his different children and different workshops. • Their interior is not lacquered so they are porous and "sweat" water. We recommend putting a plate underneath so as not to damage the surface where it rests.

• The measurements of the botijos, being handmade, may vary by a few centimetres.
