Siurells Nativity Cave

Typical of Mallorcan crafts, these small clay figurines, handmade by women, are covered in lime and painted with colorful stripes. They feature a small whistle, which children used to play with at fairs and religious festivals. They depict men with hats and the occasional devil or fantasy creature.

Our nativity scenes and siurells are made in Marratxí, in the heart of the Terra del Fang region, where most of the potters moved due to the quality of the local soil. There, our artisans have been modeling siurells for over 100 years, following the tradition passed down from grandmothers to mothers and, finally, to daughters.

Balearic Islands: 2–3 working days / €8.90 – 1 kg. For heavier items, the online system calculates the cost.

RETURNS Real Fábrica will be happy to refund any products returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning them to our office in Madrid.
