Arroyabe tuna has been in our pantry all its life to brighten everything from a vermouth to a snack, to a lunch or dinner. Even if the refrigerator is empty, make sure you always have one of these preserves in the cupboard, handmade with the best produce from the Cantabrian Sea for more than 100 years. Be careful that nowadays anything is called bonito, but the only real bonito is the northern bonito.
