Since the 13th century, in the regions of La Rioja, Catalonia, and the Basque Country, the espadrille has been a faithful companion for farmers and artisans, distinguished by its simplicity and practicality. By the 20th century, its style and comfort attracted the attention of artists and designers, who adapted it as a fashion piece.
Ours, produced in Logroño, combine a natural jute sole with a rubber base and herringbone canvas upper.
*Espadrilles stretch with wear, but we still recommend ordering a size up.
