The bath of the nine waves is a legend of Celtic origin, a purifying rite that removes all evils and that on a beach in Salnés, in Pontevedra, is a fertility rite that is celebrated on the last Saturday of August.

This Albariño wine with citrus touches is also made in Pontevedra, aged on fine lees. Do you know what they are? They are the mothers of wine, the natural precipitates that accumulate during its production, which give it complexity, smoothness and richness.

We love its sweet quince and fruit flavor. And we are not going to tell you how much we like its legend and the vintage design of the label.
