The Arbequina olives of this delicate oil have been collected in the Baix Camp of Tarragona around October, even when the fruit is green to purple. Selected one by one, they are hand-pressed to extract this delicious golden juice that brightens any meal. The pearly white garlic is pressed together with the Arbequina olives to create a unique oil. Try it with suckling lamb, on a plate of broad beans, artichokes or to give a touch to a seafood stew.
The size is ideal for toast for breakfast, as well as for taking on a trip, since the volume is allowed in the airplane cabin.
