Its laborious manufacturing process consists of extracting the whole eggs and cleaning them as delicately as possible, obtaining an extraordinary result worthy of the most demanding palates. This is a preserve that can be enjoyed without any seasoning so as not to alter its exquisite sea flavor, smell and texture.
