It is an Olive Oil made with the Arbequina olive variety, the delicious one you always ask about to use raw. It is smoked, following the traditional method of the Extremaduran region of "La Vera", with oak wood and in a process of more than 15 days. The smoke gives the oil smoky nuances that will transport you to a new dimension of flavor and aroma.
