Zamburiñas are a smaller type of scallop that have more flavour than the larger ones. You can enjoy all their flavour, from the tin, where they are preserved in a delicious and luxurious pepper and tomato sauce called 'Salsa Gallega' . 

This tasty seafood is from 'Las Rías Gallegas' which means that they are of the highest quality that you can get on the market. After the scallops are harvested, each one is hand cleaned and Salsa Gallega is poured over each one individually, over low heat, meaning that each part of the process is completed with care and patience, creating a lavish experience when you try this delicacy.
