Sheep's Milk Cheese in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This delicious jar of goat's cheese in extra virgin olive oil is made with sheep milk, from La Mancha, and cured for 8 to 9 months. Once this rich cheese has been cured, it is stored for 8 weeks in olive oil with a stick of rosemary, to boost the flavour. It is produced in the Aran Valley in Catalonia. After you try this cheese for the first time, you will fall in love with the creaminess and richness.
This cheese is the perfect pairing to a salad, and to sun dried tomatoes in oil, the cheese also makes for a tasty snack!
The cheese is stored in extra virgin olive oil, with undertones of almond and unripened fruit, giving the oil a slightly bitter and spicy flavour.
