Peltre
Peltre is the name we give to enamelware here in Spain. It became a basic material in Spanish homes since 1942. White with a blue edge or red with a black detail, they're an unmistakable classic of our design. Peltre has both a timeless elegance and a long-lasting strength. This enamel varnish mixes porcelain with thick steel, giving these products a lot of qualities such as durability, an amazing shine, softness and resistance. If a piece falls, the enamel may crack, but it won't ever break. You can use it on fire, ceramic stoves, ovens, gas stoves and also, you can put them in your dishwasher, but never use them in the microwave.
