A wine that has become a worthy member of the Earl of Aldama's last medium dry Sherry factory, in the Yuste wineries. Its origins date back to 1910. This fantastic wine is naturally aged, to get the maximum flavour and undertones of chamomile, for 8 years in century old American oak barrels.
