Er Boquerón beer is characterized by being a craft beer with natural ingredients and following the German Purity Law of 1506 for its production. This law means that in order to make a beer, only water, malts, hops and yeast must be used.

Without any type of filtering, added carbonation or pasteurization. The seawater used is pure, obtained from one of the cleanest areas with the best marine flora in the Mediterranean. Its quality and purity are fully guaranteed thanks to the continuous analysis of the extraction point, and the exhaustive filtering of the water.
