The Cremositos del Zújar Cheese with Truffle is handcrafted with raw milk from Merino breed livestock, black truffle flakes (Tubern Melanosporum), vegetable rennet (Cynara Cardunculus) and salt.
Texture: Soft, very creamy and melting, with solid nuances in the mouth, due to the Truffle flakes. Flavor: Intense, truffled, but very balanced, without losing the identity of the cheese.
