This traditional jug, with a sturdy body and handle, comes from the hands of our potter Jose, who is no less than the fifth generation of potters in his family. His work is distinguished by his mastery of the wheel and brushes, but also by his efforts to maintain and   Preserving the same artisanal techniques and motifs used by their ancestors, they use natural glazes and fire their pieces in wood-fired kilns, resulting in unique textures and colors that are impossible to replicate using industrial methods.

But it's their hand-painted decoration that makes them recognizable: they are characterized by their floral and geometric motifs, so typical of Cáceres ceramics, as well as the bright colors of their edges.
