Ceramic Swallow

This gorgeous ceramic stylised black swallow is the perfect gift. In Spain, the arrival of these beautiful birds is the first sign that Spring is coming soon. Swallows are a decorative tradition for Mediterranean homes, they come from the Manises area in Valencia.

They are handmade with artist G. Martínez's 1921 original moulds and his ceramic techniques. Nowadays, they are made in his artisan factory, his sons are the ones in charge of keeping the tradition alive by keeping every detail the same.

• We will send the swallow in a beautiful kraft box: on its own, in pairs if you prefer, or even tho whole 6 unit flock with a little note telling a beautiful story about these pieces
• They are hand made, one by one with patience and love, in Valencia so sometimes it takes some time to replenish our stock. Get them while you can!
• They have a small hole on their backs so you can hang them anywhere. Super easy!
