They are originally from Burgos, from an artisan pastry shop with 4 generations of pastry tradition. They say that their secret is not to tell the secret of their recipes, but we believe that Pasiegas cow butter and artisanal production have a lot to do with it. But they are even cut by hand one by one!

These pastas have so much history that not even in Solana they remember why they are called Italian. They are delicious. To enjoy with afternoon coffee and so that visitors always want to return.
