Simón Coll makes delicious chocolates in his factory in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Barcelona. Founded in 1840 as an artisan company, its name is the result of combining, on the one hand, the name Simón, in memory of the founder, and on the other, Coll, the surname of the last generations of the family. It has been decades since Simón Coll chocolates crossed borders, exporting to other countries, where they are as valued as in Spain for their quality, flavor and history.
