Xoriguer is the name by which the old windmill from 1784 is known, in which the Pons family from Menorca worked to convert wheat into white flour for generations. Mr. Miguel Pons Justo, chose the virtues of such artisanal tradition (care, quality and tradition) for his liquor company, and turned this windmill with wind blades into his emblem and image of a century-old family business.

From the old copper stills, aromatic herbs, select juniper berries and wine alcohol, this Mediterranean gin results. After distillation, the gin is stored in oak barrels.
