Balea Spicy Small Sardines

These mini sardines found in Pontevedra in Galicia, in the north west of Spain are produced by Balea, one of the best producers of these tinned sardines in the whole of Pontevedra. Balea was founded in 1915 by Pedro Montemerlo Botassi in Cangas de Morrazo. The company continues to use the same 100 year old artisan techniques to create this truly Spanish delicacy.

Keep stored in a cool and dry place.
Once opened it is recommended that you consume the entire product, if not, keep it in the fridge in its original packaging, with the sardines covered in the oil. Do not keep the sardines for more than 24 hours after opening.
