The vermouth has long-lasting aromas of cinnamon and wormwood. The flavour is elegant, highlighting the strong flavours obtained from the lengthy process of maceration of the organic herbs and spices, giving a strong and tasty flavour that stays on the palate for a while. 

 Zarro organic vermouth goes very well with nuts, clams and sardines in olive oil, with mussels in pickled brine or even with cockles or a green leaf salad with walnuts and pine nuts. The possibilities and combinations are endless!
