This salt is exclusively from the nature reserve "Parc Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa". It doesn't contain any additives or preservatives. It's slowly dried using the heat from the sun, under rocks, which is the same traditional method since 1878.

This is a little pinch of Ibiza in a jar, that has absorbed the sun, the heat, the breeze and the crystal waters of the vibrant island of Ibiza. The perfect extra touch for all your dishes. Refillable ceramic container.
