Sierra Solana Refined Sheep Cheese
This sheep cheese is 100% artisan cured cheese with a natural and edible crust. It is made by the Spanish cheesemaking company, Sierra Solana, with sheep milk and cured for 45 days. It has a really intense flavour, yet light and sweet, perfect to spread on a slice of fresh bread and pair with some red wine. Keep it in the original packaging or in a damp cloth if you want to make it last longer.

Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk from La Mancha, natural lamb rennet, salt and lysozyme.
