The La Masrojana family business produces these tasty olives, using as many varieties from all over Spain as possible. The olives used are authentic regional olives, such as the Arbequina, Black olives from Aragón, Partidas olives, Manzanilla, Gazpacha and Gordal Picante varieties, as well as producing pastes and oils. These olives are a luxurious treat for summertime.
La Masrojana was founded in 1977, and it specialises in the production and distribution of very high quality local olives and olive oils. They produce and use regional olives from Priorat, Ribera d'Ebre and Terra Alta, all in Tarragona, in the north east of Spain.Their products are made using traditional and authentic artisan techniques from the area, that have been passed down from generation to generation, constantly conserving the original idea and improving on it over time.
