The Gordiola family has been making these unique blown glass pieces by hand since the 18th century in a small town in Mallorca, where each piece takes 6 weeks to produce. It is a miracle of our industrial history that this factory is still alive after so many years, where it has lasted for almost three centuries through different generations.
Each piece is unique, so that none is identical to the other. Any bubble, irregularity or asymmetry are characteristics of hand-blown glass and give these works their particular charm.
