Cune Crianza Wine 2015
Aged in cask for 12 moths and then in the bottle for 6 more months before being sold. That's what makes this wine so special. The grapes are carefully hand harvested, de-stalked, and short macerated, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 26 and 28ºC to retain all the aromas. The wine is then transferred to American oak casks where it remains for at least 12 months.
